Crews
Our main program, the heartbeat of our organization, is our Crews.
Crews are chapters led by youth aged 13-30 globally.
They work locally to address climate and environmental degradation affecting their communities while influencing the global climate movement as a whole.

Being in a Crew means learning how to become an organizer and a leader. At Earth Guardians, we see our organization as an entry-level start or a stepping stone to becoming an effective organizer and leader, starting your activism journey but we also see ourselves as a lifelong community that will be there every stepping stone of the way.

Anyone, any age, anywhere, can join or start a Crew.
We can help you find the right fit and connect you to youth leaders to support your work!
Crews are intergenerational so if you are a seasoned youth (an adult-ally over 30) interested in starting a Crew please still reach out by signing up today.

Our Regional Crew Councilors oversee Crews in 7 regions: North America, South America, Central America, North Africa, South Africa, East Asia, South Asia, & Europe. Find out more by signing up!

We recognize there isn’t a one-size-fits all solution to the climate crisis.
We guide our Crews in leading innovative and scalable projects in sustainable agriculture, ecosystem management, forest restoration, water preservation, wildlife protection, art-vism, storytelling, cultural restoration, commmunity building, civic engagement, legal action, and more.

Yes, of course! We encourage you not to dilute any current work you are doing. Please co-create a Crew within your current organization so we can help uplift and further support the work you have already started.

As a decentralized organization, our requirements for Crews are simple:
Have a youth leader (someone under 30)
Have 2+ people in your Crew

Regional Crews Council
As the bridge between local Crews and the broader EG community, the Regional Crews Council (RCC) program pairs Crews with a Regional Crews Counselor for ongoing and personalized mentorship throughout their activism journey.

Indigenous Youth-leadership Initiative
The Indigenous Youth-Leadership Initiative (IYI) program upholds & centers Indigenous knowledge & tradition by cultivating Native American Crews & providing leadership training focused on environmental justice & Indigenous rights.

Our IYI program hosts tailored training & resources to create an intentional space unique for Indigenous youth to gain traditional and modern skills to elevate their environmental efforts.

As the original stewards of the land, Indigenous practices are timeless and proven to be effective methods for caring for and cultivating a healthy environment.

Speakers’ Bureau
Our Speaker’s Bureau program amplifies the voices of our most inspiring youth speakers & storytellers at large-scale events, conferences, & at schools & universities, inspiring audiences into urgent action on ecological issues and the climate crisis.

Our speakers are dynamic youth leaders with direct experience in leading Crews or participating in programs & campaigns, driven by a passion for public speaking.
We provide training and guidance to empower our speakers to deliver impactful presentations at each event allowing youth voices a chance to tell their story.
