Emmy Scott - Executive Director

Emmy Scott is a systems-oriented leader and the Executive Director of Earth Guardians, a global organization powering young leaders to catalyze resources for resilient climate solutions. At 26, Emmy has redefined the organization’s global strategy through the lens of regenerative economics and operational excellence.

Recognized as the WWF 2025 Youth Conservation Leader of the Year, Emmy’s expertise lies in bridging the gap between grassroots wisdom and institutional insight. With a background in Sustainability and Business Management, she has served as Director of Finance and Sustainability Director, giving her a rare command of both the "spreadsheet and the soul" of global impact work.

Raised amidst the climate and cultural contrasts of Phoenix, Arizona, Emmy leads with the conviction that the most powerful systems are those we build internally. Her perspective moves beyond traditional identity markers to focus on the universal need for agency, creativity, and mutual resilience. As a neuro-atypical executive, she specializes in finding "win-win" solutions for complex challenges, creating systems where every leader, whether established or emerging, has a valued role fit for their unique contribution.

In 2026, Emmy is scaling Earth Guardians’ infrastructure to provide career-aligned, culturally rooted resources to thousands of emerging leaders worldwide. By integrating nature-based self-regulation and intentional alignment, she helps others lead themselves first, creating a global network where every person is valued and no one is judged for how they give. Her mission is to prove that by providing the resources for true agency, we create a world that finally works for everyone—living a better tomorrow, today.
